Light Demolition in Bradenton, FL
We tear it down and haul it away in one visit. No multiple trips, no leftover piles.
Most junk haulers won't touch structures, they'll haul the debris but leave the teardown to you. We do both. I built this service because property cleanups shouldn't require hiring two separate crews.
Light demolition is teardown work that stays close to a junk-removal job: decks and sheds that need to come apart to fit in the trailer, fence lines that are part of clearing a property, and small structures where the real cost is the haul-away, not the complexity. That's where we work.
We bring the crew, bring the tools, and bring the 18-foot trailer. You get an upfront price. Everything that comes down goes into the truck the same day.
The quote locks in labor, disassembly, loading, hauling, and disposal. No surprise fees.

Crew arrives with tools and the trailer. We disassemble, load, and haul everything in one trip. Typically takes 2–4 hours depending on structure size.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are you licensed for demolition?
We're licensed and insured to perform light demolition in Manatee County. We don't pull permits or do structural work, we specialize in the kind of teardown that's part of a property cleanout: decks, sheds, fences, small outbuildings. For jobs that need a building permit or a structural engineer, you'll need a licensed general contractor. We're clear about that boundary and happy to help you find the right contractor if you need one.
What if a deck or shed is attached to the house?
Attached structures get more complex, they may need a permit. Before we quote, we ask where it's fastened and whether there's any electrical or plumbing involved. If it's a close call, we'll be honest about whether it's something we should tackle or whether you need a licensed contractor. Better to say no than to create a problem for you.
Do you haul the debris, or just tear it down?
We haul everything. The whole point of using us instead of doing it yourself is that you don't end up with a pile of wood and metal in your yard waiting for a separate hauling crew. We tear it down, load it all, and take it with us the same day.
How long does a typical job take?
A standard deck usually takes 2–3 hours. A shed can be 2–4 hours depending on size and how it's built. A fence removal might be 1–2 hours. We'll give you a time estimate when you book so you know when to expect us to wrap up.
Do you dispose of the material or recycle it?
We recycle what we can, wood, metal, and some concrete goes to local processors. The rest gets disposed properly in Manatee County. We don't guarantee a specific percentage recycled because it depends on the material condition and what local facilities accept that day.
