Full Demolition in Bradenton, FL

We demolish the whole structure and haul it all away. One job, one price, one visit.

Licensed & InsuredSame / Next-Day When Available Upfront Pricing Responsible Disposal Owner-Operated

Full demolition is bigger than light teardown, we're talking the whole structure coming down, broken into pieces that fit in the trailer, and everything hauled away. It's still not a construction demolition project requiring permits or engineers. It's the kind of teardown that happens when a property owner wants to clear a lot, remove an outbuilding, or get rid of an old structure before a renovation.

Here's what matters: we handle the demolition work that falls inside a junk-removal scope. We tear down sheds, pool houses, detached garages, and similar structures. We don't do interior demolition, and we don't tackle anything that requires a building permit or engineering approval. That boundary keeps the job simple and keeps you protected.

Bring us the structure. We'll demolish it, load it, haul it, and leave your lot clear the same day.

Quoted on-site based on structure size and materials, you see the price before we load.

One price covers demolition, loading, hauling, and disposal. We give it to you in writing before we start.

How It Works

01
Schedule Your Free Walkthrough

Book a time and walk us through the structure. We'll measure, note any anchoring or utilities attached, and ask questions about how it's built. That gives us what we need to quote you.

02
We Demolish & Load

Crew arrives with tools and safety gear. We disassemble the structure methodically, cut pieces to fit the trailer, and load as we go. Larger jobs may take a full day; most are done in 4–6 hours.

03
Lot Clear & Cleaned Up

Everything that came down goes into the trailer. We sweep the foundation or pad and haul all debris away. You're left with an empty lot ready for whatever comes next.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you licensed for demolition?

We're licensed and insured in Manatee County to perform demolition work that falls within a junk-removal scope, sheds, outbuildings, detached structures, and similar teardowns. We do not pull building permits and we do not do jobs requiring a structural engineer or site engineering approval. If your project needs permits or professional engineering, it's a licensed general contractor project, and we'll be direct about that. We're clear about our limits because your project deserves the right contractor.

What's the difference between light demolition and full demolition?

Light demolition is decks, fences, small sheds, structures that come apart into pieces fitting the trailer. Full demolition is larger outbuildings and structures where we're breaking down the entire frame, walls, and roof. Both get hauled away the same day. The difference is scale and labor time, which changes the price. We'll help you figure out which category your job falls into.

Do you do interior demolition, like ripping out walls or kitchen cabinets?

No. Interior demolition is outside our scope. We tackle structure teardown only, the outer shell and frame of outbuildings and detached structures. If you're renovating a house interior or removing walls, you'll need a general contractor licensed for that work. We're clear on that boundary because interior work has different codes and complexity.

What if the structure has electric or plumbing running to it?

We don't disconnect utilities. Before we quote, we ask if there's any power, gas, water, or sewer lines connected. If there are, you'll need an electrician or plumber to disconnect them safely before we start. We'll let you know what needs to happen first so there are no surprises.

How do you price full demolition, by time or by structure size?

We price on-site after walking it. We look at the footprint, what it's built from, how it's anchored, and how much work the teardown is. That's what determines the price. We give it to you in writing before we touch anything so you know exactly what it costs.

Do you recycle or dispose of the debris?

We recycle what we can, wood, metal, and recyclables go to local processors if they're in acceptable condition. The rest is disposed through Manatee County disposal channels. We don't guarantee a recycling percentage because it depends on material condition and what's accepted that day, but we always handle it responsibly.
