When local facilities accept the items and conditions allow, we'll recycle or donate on your behalf. We don't guarantee a specific outcome. It depends on the condition of each piece and what the donation centers are taking that day. We always aim for donation first, then recycling, then responsible disposal.
What if the furniture is too heavy for one trip?
If your furniture needs more than one load, we'll quote the full scope upfront. The trailer fits about one room of furniture per half load, or an entire garage at three-quarters capacity. We'll be honest about whether it's one trip or two, and the price covers the whole job from start to finish. We don't take concrete, dirt, or roofing material, and we don't do basement cleanouts in older homes where access is tight. If you're clearing a room in a normal house, we handle it.
How soon can you pick up?
Same-day pickup is available seven days a week if you call before 5pm. If today's fully booked, next-day appointments fill most days. We open at 7am and run until 7pm, so there's usually availability within a day or two.
